We tailor our service's to suit you and however many computers you may have. More standard services we offer are below.
Remote computer support, £15.00 per session - With this service we don't even need to come to see you. You can be anywhere in the world to use this service. We can take control of your computer over an internet connection to solve problems, or we can guide you through things by instructing you over the phone. See more on the remote support page.
In home or at work visits - we come to visit you, you don't need to take your computer anywhere. For the first hour it costs only £25 then £10 per half hour after that. Then up to an hour of FREE remote after support if needed.
Computer pick up and return - If you live within range of The Personal Computer Service office we can come to visit you, take the computer away then deliver it back to you. This service is designed to make a visit cheaper by only charging £15 per hour of work undertaken on your computer while it is away.
